The real estate market in San Antonio, TX has been a very busy one for the summer months of May to July,  2013 in Parkwood Subdivision. During these last three months  there were a total of 12 homes that sold in this community. Looking at the market activity in Parkwood Subdivision for April and May 2013, we noticed that only 5 homes sold for an average price of $155,000.  The total days on market for these 5 homes were 45 days, and the listing price to sold price ratio was at 100.88 percent. Yes, 4 out of 5 of these homes sold for more than the listed or asking price.
