First High school football game of the season! I attended the Stony Point High school Football game where they played Conley. Stony Point looked very sharp. There defense was exceptional. They won the game 41 to 0.  Hoping this is a good sign of things to come. Looking forward to a great season in one of the toughest 5 A conferences in Texas Football. Good Luck SPHS!   I have had the honor of working with the Round Rock Serving Center for the past 2 weeks. What a wonderful organization and group of volunteers. Services provided include a food pantry, Round Rock Coats for Kids, clothing & furniture vouchers, Computers for Kids, community gardens, The Volunteer Center, adult computer classes in English & Spanish, a charity thrift store, and financial assistance for utilities, rent, prescriptions, transportation, and temporary lodging.   If you are looking for a place to help out in the community Join the team of volunteers who are helping some really wonderful people in our area who need a helping hand.    In 2013, a total of 59,966 people were assisted at the Serving Center, experiencing a 9% increase in the food distribution programs for under-priv... 08/18/2014

Don't take it personal, there are probably days they don't want to go to school or eat green veggies or put on sunscreen.   MiT Yes, the "i" is not in Capitol. That is purposeful. The MiT (Ministers in Training) program starts this fall. Open to everyone who would like to receive Leadership training and learn basic Biblical Hermeneutics (how to study and teach scripture).  Why the little "i".
