  I closed on a house in Pearland today, and did a final walk-through with the buyers a few hours prior to closing. I always do a final walk-through with my buyers, just to make sure the home is left clean, any required repairs have been completed satisfactorily, and that there have been no damages to the home since we last saw it. On this particular house, the sellers had previously agreed to have the home professionally cleaned prior to closing, and they also agreed to pay particular attention to cleaning the oven, which was very dirty when we first saw it. Well, guess what?
