I had quite an experience this week that I wanted to share with you and will also give you a couple tips that may help when you are showing a home to a potential client. If you are the seller I suggest you follow the tips I posted below. First of all the front door was black...which you don't always see that many black doors. The outside still had Halloween decorations up which is OK. I had a strange feeling this was not going to be a normal home inspection (it was just a gut feeling). As I opened the front door I hear....Squeak, Squeak and the wider I opened the door the more it Squeaked. The curtains were drawn and I was looking for the light switch. Trains that is:  Why is it everytime I go to New Braunfels, Texas I catch a train.                                                             I sit, I wait, I'm stuck.  Oh No...here comes another one or two. Well accept it and say thank you for trains. They are really kinda neat to watch coming and going (except when you are in a hurry  to get to an inspection) or have to go to the bathroom or you are thirsty or want to get that check to the bank before they close. Reality really set in this week when Target opened at Creekside..... My dove lease is gone forever. Growth has taken over in New Braunfels, TX.  Growth along the I-35 corridor between San Anonio, TX and Austin TX is unbelievable and New Braunfels is right smack in the middle. Let me intoduce you to: Target had a grand opening with the official ribbon cutting along with cheerleaders and of course The Oolmpah Band (New Braunfels Style). This is the Buzzzzzzzzz in New Braunfels.
