Is New Braunfels, Texas resisting change and growth? ~

Has New Braunfels been fighting change and growth? Everyone knows that right now (yes, it's grown in leaps and bounds), but that it's (New Braunfels) still has that "quaint" old town feel from the town square, seeing neighbors at the grocery store, to floating the river on a lazy Sunday. A recent article in the Express News shows the struggle that New Braunfels is having with growth.
