My favorite part of the job is when my buyers' loan funds and I can give them the keys.  Today the title company called to say the loan had funded and I knew my clients couldn't wait another minute, so I told them to go get them! By the time I arrived an hour and a half later, they had the locks changed and most of the carpets ripped up.  The house is a 1976 ranch in a desirable, established neighborhood close to New Braunfels High School, Landa Park and Panther Canyon.
