Greetings Everyone! In today's society, it seems like technology has almost overtaken the world. It definitely has added incentive to a lot of us businessmen and businesswomen that use to end up paying hundreds and thousands of dollars on using hardware products, sending mailouts, and using the postal system at the end of the year. Now we can multi-task, by being computer saavy.  My agenda this year and following years is to incorporate more technology into my business. However, that does not keep me from going out to meet a prospect or shaking someone's hand on a business deal. I still plan to  keep the old fashion business tactics in conjunction with meeting new prospects at my fingertips for my business.

This was reported in the Yahoo news. Last Sunday, my own pastor spoke about the crisis or predictament  Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are currently in. I thought to myself what will I say if a client or prospect client ask me about these two entities. So I did a little follow up on Freddie Mac & Fannie Mae and found that according to Yahoo news Ben Bernanke, chairperson of the Federa Reserve Bank, stated that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are in no danger of failing. This was music to my ears. I must admit that I loathe news reporter that try to scare and twist what is suppose to be unbiased information to the public.

Builders especially publically traded home builders have fiscal year ends to their calender years. I bet you can guess what times of the year within their fiscal year they are giving the most discounts and incentives, right? Even smaller builders have fiscal year ends. Not all builders year ends on December 31st! Most ends at different times of the year. I know the year ends with the builders because I used to work for the builders! I have 6 1/2 years experience with several pubilcally traded builders and I can certainly assist you in saving and getting the biggest bang for your dollar! Let me be your guide in getting the most out of the builders.  I can reached at bcdinsmore@sbcgloba.net or on my cell, which is 469.878.5585. I couldn't be more excited about McKinney's first 4th of July fireworks show and family event. As a kid growing up in Carrollton, TX, we always went to Addison's Boomtown. I loved going to watch the fireworks with my family, enjoying that I got to "stay up" late to watch 'em. As an adult, I wished McKinney had something local that my kids could grow to love. Last year we watched the fireworks at Pizza Hut Park in Frisco, but it wasn't the same. I have high hopes for McKinney's show this year. Here's a lineup of what's to be expected this Friday: When: Friday, July 4, 10:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Where: McKinney Downtown Square, McKinney Fourth of July Festivities at Historic Downtown McKinney and McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch Schedule of Events Friday, July 4th - Downtown McKinney Home...

Wow! I love this question! Such an open-ended question. "My house is worth what someone will pay for it"...nope. Won't appraise. "My house is worth what it will appraise for"....seriously...are you kidding? "My house is worth what the market analysis says it is worth."...maybe...but let's talk about the blue carpet and the Salmon colored walls. "What is my home worth?" You can probably add a few answers of your own here but I always find it is a mix of items from the market analysis numbers, to the condition of the property, the clients desire to sell in a certain time-frame, and maybe, that appraisal is right. I always find that you have to ask the right questions...open your eyes to the property and then look at the numbers to determine a true value for a home.
