  This morning I recieved an unknown number phone call on my cell phone that I couldn't get to.  A couple minutes later i noticed the message symbol on my phone.  I dialed my voicemail and it was a lady with so much excitement you wouldn't believe it. It was Terry Waits the New Sales Consultant at K Hovnanian's Villas at Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas.  I had earlier requested information about the new villas and was also excited about the neighborhood.  Craig Ranch is one of the greatest concepts in Texas if not the Nation.
