HELP!!  Calling all arborists or green-thumb types...  would love suggestions for the perfect tree for a small front yard that would need a future foundation repair or new driveway... I live in League City, Texas... in a platted neighborhood.  My street (the best street in town) is a small Cul-de-sac Street.  I believe we are in Hardiness Zone 9.  It would be nice if we as Realtors have a list of trees to suggest when selling real estate in our areas, since we see regularly what can happen when the wrong types of trees are planted.Our home was recently constructed by a typical builder who doesn't pay any attention to proper landscaping (or much of anything).  They planted 2 oak trees in our front yard.  One of them is 4 feet from our concrete driveway and the other one is 5 feet from ou... 09/19/2016

League City residents know that the traffic on 45 can be ridiculous, sometimes for no identifiable reason at odd times of day, but I experienced a new first with Clear Lake Area traffic last week. Real estate was literally stopping traffic. I was traveling north on 45 near Baybrook Mall, and there was an extreme slow down just north of the mall.
