When a title company receives an order for title insurance, they research all of the title records for the subject property and produce what is commonly called a title commitment. Springtime in Lago Vista  Is a New Beginning   Spring is one of our favorite seasons of the year and springtime in Lago Vista is a new beginning. Everything begins to renew and flourish, forgiving the winter months and allowing new sprouts and blooms to establish their place in our backyard, It is a reminder that life is ever changing and we need to bloom with it. Today in our backyard I took a few pictures and one of them is our Easter Lilies which is 6 days late blooming. Our fig tree has fruit, can you believe that? The woodpeckers usually get them before we do and that's OK since we don’t care for figs.
