A good picture of how the Kingwood, TX real estate market is currently doing is by looking at the months of inventory report generated by Marketlinx a product that can be accessed as a member of the Houston Association of Realtors.  Kingwood is currently with 4.4 months of inventory as of December 4, 2007.  The sold data from the previous year shows 1,314 sold with an average price of $209,503.  The current active data reflects 486 active listings with an average price of $244,158.  Currently the market statistics indicate a seller's market.  Normal inventory is considered to be 9 or 10 months for existing homes, while anything less than 8 months is considered a seller's market and more than 12 months is a buyer's market.  For market information specific to your home, contact Jeremy Wil... 12/10/2007
