Mangia Pasta and Pizza in Kingwood,TX-Great RestaurantMy husband and I went on our Sunday quest for great food in the Humble/Kingwood area.  Boy-did we sure find it.  Mangia Pasta is located in the old Pasta Company restaurant at 4590 Kingwood Drive.  We drove by many times and did not stop due to the fact that we thought it was going to taste like Pasta Company.  Well, it clearly doesn't.  We shared he "Insalata Della Casa" or the house salad.  It has baby greens, caramelized walnuts, creamy gorgonzola cheese, tomatoes, and fantastic special dressing.  Next we ventured to the good old fettuccine alfredo, which ranks up there  in out top 5.  It has their house specialty Parmesan cream sauce on the noodles.  We added shrimp, but it would have been just as good without it.  We also treate... 04/20/2008
