The initial phase of the highly anticipated Wade Park project is expected to open in spring 2016. The Wade Park project in Frisco is a 175-acre mixed use development that will be anchored by a 45,000 square foot Whole Foods Market, located off the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road in Frisco and only 20 minutes from downtown Dallas. In the coming weeks, the developer said they plan to announce entertainment venue tenants, such as bowling alleys and movie theaters, as well as a hotel.   Also in the first phase, the developer is planning more than 2 million square feet of Class A office space throughout the development. Phase 1 of the much anticipated Wade Park project at the Southeast corner of the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Road will be transformed into one of the premier urban retail centers in North Texas. The Wade Park project is to include approximately 600,000 square feet of high-end retail space with up to 3 million square feet of commercial office space and is expected to open in 2015.   The development will be anchored by a 45,000 square foot Whole Foods Market, with it's location at the DNT & Lebanon.   In addition to commercial and retail the Wade Park development is set to include 1,200 multi-family residential units plus 127 Charleston-style single-family homes with luxury amenities and elite concierge services.
