Fort Worth Luxury Homes Luxury Home Market Analysis for Fort Worth Tarrant County Last month, their were only 9 real buyers of luxury properties in Fort Worth Tarrant County above one million which is the same rate of sales as the previous month of October.  Also, housing inventory levels are down in the range between $1.5 mil and 2mil leaving 8.2 months supply for that segment. That simply means that while it is still a buyers market in this luxury segment, it doesn't have to move very far to reach a stabilized market (6 months or less inventory). The average days on market has not changed significantly in any luxury home price point, having remained fairly constant since the previous month.
