On my birthday a few months ago I received... a gift. I likened it to a rocket I can't fly or anything kind-of ironic in an Alanis Morissette-ish kind-of way at the time. I got a bar. How did that happen? Last summer a friend said, "I'm opening a bar & grill. Bring your peeps." I said, "Sure." By June my role was more than bringing in real estate business meetings by day and pretty people by night, I was also an investor. By July I gave more moolah. By August it opened.
