Heritage Ranch 2010 Quarterly Update.   As of April 21, 2010 there are currently 27 single family homes for sale that range from $214,000 up to $550,000 and only 1 Villa that is for sale at $150,000.   For those of you who are new to reading my articles or for those of you who are starting to do a little research on Active Adult Communities in North Texas you have come to the right place for information on the active adult community of Heritage Ranch in Fairview, Texas. 2010 Heritage Ranch Update Heritage Ranch is a gated active adult (55 years or older community) community in Fairview, Texas.  As of February 4, 2010 there are 19 homes for sale in Heritage Ranch.  Out of the 19 homes 6 homes were just listed in 2010.  So, the majority of the homes that are for sale, are carry over’s from 2009.    If you have a budget of less than $200,000 then you have only 4 homes to choose from.  The lowest price home currently for sale in Heritage Ranch is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa that is under $170,000.  There are 5 homes for sale under $300,000 with the lowest $200,000 price being a 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home for $224,900.  If you have a budget over $300,000 please contact The Good Home Team directly and we can get you setup with a list of homes over $3... 02/04/2010
