The plant will produce 10 Megawatts. Tippin Elementary School is located at 6541 Bear Ridge Dr. in West El Paso. Tippen has been a very popular elementary school in the El Paso Independant School District. Tippen Elementary currently has an enrollment of 593 students in Pre-K thru 5th grade, according to the information on GreatSchools.org. Tippin also had  greatschools rating of 9 out of 10. I was impressed to find all the teacher's webpages listed on the Tippin Elementary website. A news article this week announced that SolarCity® will begin making solar power available affordably for homeowners in El Paso, TX. Imagine that! In a city with over 300 sunny days a year we should be able to apply affordable solar power to our homes. It's crazy to me that we haven't been doing this forever, but the cost to retrofit an existing home with solar panels and all the other infrastucture to make it work has been so high that it would take you 25 years to recoup the cost through the savings on your energy bill, that noone was willing to do it. Cielo Vista Park remains a popular place for home buyers in El Paso. This tends to be one of the areas where people who have grown up and moved away want to return to to raise their children. Centrally located and close to the airport and the freeway, Cielo Vista sales remain strong. Homes here tend to be larger ranch style homes. Mostly single story which means larger than average lots as well. Currently there are 30 homes for sale in Cielo Vista Park. River Park West is located in the Upper Valley on the west side of El Paso, TX. The Upper Valley is typically defined as everything west of I-10 to the New Mexico border. The area has been developing considerably in the last few years but still retains a little bit of that rural feeling. Temperatures are slightly cooler int he summer than up on the mountain and there are more trees and vegetation. Northeast El Paso continues to be a popular area especially for our military families that want to be relatively close to Fort Bliss. It has taken a while but we are experiencing some more commercial development in the area. Sean Haggerty and now the complex at the corner of Martin Luther King and the Gateway have developed a considerable amount in the last year or so.
