I have lived in the Del Valle area for thirty years. I am watching all the changes with some trepidation. There is a lot of speculation depending on SH 130. There is also a large amount of home building, and plans and proposals for more.  I understand that areas change  and if there is some forethought put into the development of this area it will be a great asset to Austin and Travis county. 10/31/2007
