Year-to-date there, have been 47 new home properties listed overall. Year-to-date, housing sales grew 42% compared to the same month last year. This January, 47 new houses were listed in Coppell. Coppell homes sold reached 32 properties this month, which is a 56% growth from the previous month. Year-to-date, housing sales dipped 2% compared to the same month last year, with 569 houses sold so far this year. Year-to-date, home sales went down 4% relative to the same period last year, with 569 properties sold. This December, 22 new homes were listed in Coppell, a 24% drop from the previous month. In December 2015, there were 31 properties currently listed in Coppell, which is a 29% surge from last month. Listed homes under contract in total for this year went up 2% compared to the same period last year, with 572 homes sold. Year-to-date there have been 537 home sales, which is a 6% drop relative to the same month last year. In November of this year, there were 24 homes sold in Coppell, a 17% increase from the previous month. New real estate listings year-to-date gained 3% compared to the same month last year, with 537 homes sold during 2015. In November 2015, 34 new houses were listed in Coppell, a 13% increase from last month. Coppell listings under contract were at 33 properties in November of this year, a 38% gain from the previous month. How to tell if you are with the wrong real estate office/brokerage: * The office claims that you are on 100% but then after you sign up they tell you that you have to pay a 6% franchise fee.* The office brags about their training which is really other realtors who have been in the business for 6 months doing the training. * The office tells you that they provide leads then they bill you for those leads (which start at $200+) * The office brags that they are tech friendly but don't have MLS for lead capture on their main website or the website that they provide for their agents. * The office website has words spelled wrong because no one took the time to proof read. It's interesting to look at the statistics compiled by the National Association of REALTORS®. The reasons people decide to try to sell their home on their own usually comes down to thinking they will save money on commissions (and thus get more money in their pockets), and/or their distrust/dislike of real estate agents. The "for sale by owner" trend seems to be going down, though. Couscous Mango Mousse (Low fat/calorie version)                                                                                                    This is one of my all time favorite summer desserts to make.  You can use any type of fresh fruit you have to garnish.  The original recipe call for heavy whipping cream which I don't use.  It also wants you to chop up the mango and add it to the mousse.  I don't do that either but you can.  I like to just use the fruits to garnish. 1 cup water 3/4 cup couscous 2 tablespoons sugar One ripe mangoOne small container light cool whipOne 8 ounce container of vanilla yogurtRaspberry or apricot flavored syrup In a medium saucepan over medium high heat bring the water to a boil. I recently participated in a Facebook conversation with someone who posted that they were looking for recommendations for a good discount real estate agent. He didn't want to pay $30,000 in commission to sell his home in Coppell. So, I initially figured his true intent was to find a way for him to net the most amount of money. But, as we got more into the conversation, I determined that he just has a basic dislike and distrust of real estate agents. Coppell's traditional Independence Day concert and fireworks show will be on Friday July 3 at its usual location of Andrew Brown Park East. The recent flooding caused city staff to explore possible alternate locations, but ended up deciding to double the efforts to clean up Andy Brown Park East so that the celebration can occur there. Vendors will be setting up in the parking lot, as some of the grass areas are still a little soggy.
