Cibolo TX Real Estate Market Report for October 2012-Gatewood What in the world has been going on for the Real Estate Market in Cibolo TX for the month of October 2012?  Well, I am here to tell you.  Currently there are 179 Cibolo TX homes for sale with a median list price of $199,900.  The current days on market for these particular homes for sale are approximately 81 days.  Pending sales for Cibolo TX seem to be doing quite well as there are 18 Cibolo TX homes for sale that will hopefully be on the Sold market report for November! In the San Antonio real estate day, my husband Steve and I spend a great deal of time talking to Sellers about how to increase the curb appeal of their home because they want to sell for an acceptable price, in a reasonable period of time.  The subject of enhancing curb appeal does not always receive the attention that it deserves....  Sellers think that we are asking them to do some work.  It is hard to deny our intent... Well, here it is the middle of May already and I must say time is flying!  Let me start with the current Cibolo Texas Real Estate Market by letting you know how many homes are available for sale. Currently there are 220 Cibolo TX homes for sale.  The median list price for these homes sits at $198,887.00.  The range is as low as $33,000 to as high as $589,000, (of course that home has over 76 acres of land)!
