Today was closing day for this lovely property located in China Spring, Texas.  My sellers were the easiest clients to work with!  Upon signing the listing agreement, they had made the decision to vacate the home as they knew the importance of "Show Ready', and with three children, they knew this would be difficult.They vacated the home, cleaned, shampooed the carpets, mowed the lawn, put out fresh mulch and flowers in the beds, fresh paint on the exterior of the home and prepared for our open house.I arrived on a Sunday with Open House  scheduled 1 pm - 4 pm .  During this time there were three offers.  We closed up the Open House and informed sellers that we had multiple offers and I would meet them next day to discuss.  I wake up the next morning and lo and behold we have two more of... 06/10/2016
