Celina In January of 2007, the median price of a single-family home in Celina increased dramatically, from the same period last year, by 27 percent to $177,780. The median price is the point where half of all houses are more expensive and half are cheaper.  Median home prices are generally a better indicator of home price trends than mean, or average, home prices.Sales volume in Celina remains steady, with 10 home sales closed in January.  Most sales activity is occurring in the price range of $195,000 to $205,000.  Additionally, sellers are receiving an average of $95 per square foot and their homes are selling for 100% of list price.
