Memorial Day I wrote an offer for my buyers moving to Austin from Houston. We looked at three houses and this was the one that checked all their boxes! It took all week to get it initialed and signed off from the seller! Crazy right? The seller was having seller’s remorse (not uncommon). Finally late Thursday afternoon it was signed off on and inspections scheduled for this Saturday morning!!I love it when inspectors go the extra mile and work on Saturdays! Today was an important day for my first time homebuyers who closed on their awesome single story home in Cedar Park, TX! This is the second generation of a wonderful family I’ve worked with through the years.  I’m honored to have worked with their son and wife on purchasing their first home. The home came on the market and we knew it wouldn’t last long and we were right!
