My top 5 neighborhoods are an unscientific analysis of the pins on the map of home sales, so don't go checking this against "official data"!  This is simply an indication of the direction that the flow is headed and where the most activity has been, visually.  I'm sure someone out there has a wonderful algorithm to spit that data right out, but not me!  I just want to ...
