I received an email this fall from these buyers who were referred to me by a past client. We met at the office and I explained the importance of getting pre-approved before beginning our home search. Upon immediately obtaining pre-approval we set out the next week to secure a home. Another Austin TX home is now pending in the Woods of Brushy Creek Subdivision courtesy of Dorie Dillard with Coldwell Banker United Realtors.   My buyers were a personal referral from a past client. I met with them to go over the home buying process and explained a pre-approval was necessary before we started looking at homes. The buyers followed through that week and had a pre-approval in hand! They gave me their criteria and I came up with a good list for them to review. Narrowing it down was easy for them, I showed them their favorites and they found the “one”!   The offer was negotiated, inspections completed and repairs negotiated.
