Rob Roy Neighborhood - Austin, Texas I know the Rob Roy Neighborhood and have worked here for twenty years! By coincidence, my first listing appointment back in 1989 (yes that was the last century) was for a home located in the Rob Roy Neighborhood. That home eventually  sold for $368,000 and though the sellers owed the bank more than that, they gladly paid the balance and thanked me.
