Estates at Grandview Hills nears completion Under construction since 2004, the Estates at Grandview Hills is nearing completion with more than 40 of its 45 home sites built out or sold."It is something the area can really be proud of," said Tom Radack, co-owner of the Bartlett Real Estate Group. The Estates is a 56 acre subdivision with traditional Hill Country terrain surrounded by a Federal Land Preserve on three sides.
