Keller Williams Realty | Northeast Houston Real Estate | Recipe of the Week | Sausage Casserole This is a quick and easy meal to prepare for those on the run.Ingredients:1 lb. bulk sausage1/2 cup onion, chopped1/4 cup celery, chopped2 and 1/2 cups water1/2 cup raw rice1 pkg. Lipton's noodle soup8 oz. Velveeta cheese1/4 cup milkAlmond SliversDirections:Brown sausage, onions, and celery. Then cook until onions and celery become clear. Boil water. Add rice and noodle soup mix. Boil for 7 minutes (until water is absorbed). Melt Velveeta cheese and milk together. Mix sausage, rice mixture, and cheese.
