One of my fellow realtors asked me about high speed internet in one of the rural areas south of Nashville. Since she knew that I had lived in the area at one time, I know about the issues that come up that I never expected.The first surprise was that Cable TV wasn't available in that area. It was a little bit shocking to me, but with Direct TV I didn't let that become an issue. But because we didn't have cable TV, we also didn't have high speed internet over the cable network.
