Should Model Homes Be Sold At A Discount? Good morning ladies and gents!  Today's post is going to be a little different from me.  Instead of this being an informative post I want to make this more of a "what's your thought on this" type post.  Yesterday I was out looking at homes in the Cordova Tn area and I stopped to go view a model home that caught my eye.  There were two groups of people already there when I arrived who were also doing a walk through of the home.  Because the house was nice and in a great neighborhood I'm sure many people have been in the home to view it.  It made me wonder, with so much traffic going in and out of the home for an extended period of time should that model home be listed for a discount compared to a newly constructed home?    Are These Good Reason's... 09/17/2020
