Question 3:  Do other realtors like this Home Buyer Reward program? Well ,I can say they do not understand the program. Those that are familiar with the program do not understand WHY I would do such a thing. I do not need to explain to them, nor have they asked. If  I want to share my commission-that is my choice. I bet the other realtors think I will lose money , but it will pay off in the long run. I feel so good about giving back to my buyers. Our First Crossville Snowfall in 2009 Well, I guess winter is right around the corner now since we had our first snow fall this weekend. I noticed last week that the Canadian geese had been flying through here for the first time this season. I even mentioned to my husband if he had noticed that the geese were around. The first day of winter on the calendar is December 21st but we sure do like it when it snows anytime. The change brings about a hurried feeling of taking care of things before the storm. I am so glad we don't hurricanes here and I especially like the fact that the weather can changes around here quickly too.
