When I first visited the Gourmet House I was greeted with smiles and hospitality, what a charming little place. Life has certainly gone high tech. We have gone from the VCR to the DVD player, the boom boxes to the Home Theatre Systems with Custom Surround Sound. After two snow days and no school my children were very excited to head out the door today with all their Valentine's day cards and treats for their fellow students. With school being closed yesterday their little hearts were broken that they couldn't have their parties and Friday seemed to take forever to get here in the eyes of child. Soon after my children arrived to school my 7 year old daughter called me in a frantic that she left her bag of cards on the table and asked me , "please, pretty please" will you bring them to school.
