I came home Wednesday as usual and proceeded to my garden. We looked up and there was a swarm of bees coming straight for us! We sat down on the ground as they hovered and then continued their flight to a near by small maple tree. Yes I started to panic but as we watched they all began to circle, land and group in the center of the tree. Slowly we walked back to the house and watched from afar as thousands of honey bees began to create their new hive. After making a few calls we ended up with a phone number to a local bee keeper - he stated that they had recieved several calls over the last month from residents in our area with this same problem. Realtors are here to save you money! Sounds so funny when we Realtors here the poor buyers or sellers say "I saved money by not having a Realtor". Most of us feel bad that the buyers or sellers fell for this line. The average commission is 6 to 7% on a home and 8 to 10% on land in our area. Most Realtors like my self make sure to negotiate at least $10,000 - $20,000 on each property purchase,sometimes even more. (I negotiated $52,000 on a large land purchase) so when you look at it you did not save money by not having a Realtor handle your property transactions, you actually Lost Money!
