I have been asked-" How do we guide our sellers?"- Welll, I am a seller too- I have a home that has been on the market for 19 months and I am a Real Estate agent. You can help your client find a great home for a great price! That should make you happy! It sure will make your buyer happy. I love to find a good deal for someone- everyone loves a good deal. So we must make our sellers be realistic. This is not the same market that we experienced 2 years ago. At that time, a home sold for unreal prices. But remember, the seller then had to buy a new home for the same unreal prices. They sold their home for ALOT of money and bought a home for ALOT of money. The Obed River is a stream draining a part of the Cumberland Plateau. It is located in Morgan and Cumberland County and brings many white water enthusiasts to our area. The Obed River rises in Cumberland County and is bridged by Highway 70 between downtown Crossville and the municipal airport.. It meets the confluence with the Little Obed River near the bridge on Highway 70 North and an abandoned railroad bridge which was formerly a part of the rail system linking Nashville and Knoxville.
