One day in the middle of the summer of 2005, Patrice and I were driving back to Maryland from visiting our son Josh in the Air Force. Somehow we knew that we would make a move south. Little did we know that Chattanooga and more specifically Signal Mountain would be our destination. Because I moved here first while our home in Maryland went on the market, most of our time was spent going back and forth. Before our home search began, we found an older home that we fell in love with. The possibilities we were now faced with became a hobby.
