Fort Dorchester High School, North Charleston, South Carolina Black sky, scary clouds, and BAM - the lightning shall come!   The storm that hit Charleston last night came quickly, pounded hard, and then hit the road.  Facebook makes storms even more interesting as you see your friends post what it's like at their home.  Knowing who just lost power or who is watching their garage can roll down the street keeps us connected like never before.

James Island, SC Local Information James Island has some of the most sought after housing in all of Charleston due to its close distance to downtown Charleston and also the beach. Location is just one of James Island’s most important selling points. It is possible to take the James Island Connector over the harbor to downtown Charleston in about 5-10 mins. Folly Beach is a most desired amongst local people and is within a 5-15 minute drive. Because James Island is easily the most accessible suburb to and from downtown Charleston, it has a very good rental market. It’s usually the most notable selection of spots to call home for College of Charleston, MUSC (Medical University of South Carolina), and Charleston School of Law students. As a result, property investors often pick the condos ...

3 Reasons FOR SALE BY OWNERS, FSBOs, in North Charleston and the Charleston, SC Area need to turn the Sale of their Home over to a REAL ESTATE AGENT There are 3 Big Reasons for For Sale By Owners to reconsider their decision to list with an agent.  1.) Establishing the Listing Price - Many FSBOs, in attempts to break even, will overprice their home in relation to the overall market, which will result in few showings and not their sale of their home.  By listing with a Real Estate Agent in North Charleston or in the Charleston, SC area you will have your home listed with a price based on the condition of the home and local real estate market conditions verses a home seller's opinion.
