Well, I just wanted to talk about all the great deals out there far as Foreclosures. If you are patient you can get a really good deal that may just need a little cleanin and paint. I recently sold a home in Longs SC. It was a large 4 bedromm 2 full bath home with a 2 car garage, It also had central vac. And my clients got it for 157,000. The house was only 2 years old, can you believe that. The orignal owners paid over 210,000 for this property. There was not much damage, The walls were scuffed up and the carpets were nasty, there was a couple of holes in the walls and that was it. Everything worked.
