May 2025 Indian Land, SC Housing MarketPrices, Sales, Inventory, Days on Market Trends In May 2025, new listings in Indian Land rose to 123, marking a 20.59% increase from 102 in April. This figure also represented a 21.78% rise compared with May 2024, which had 101 new listings. When compared with May 2023, which saw only 68 new listings, the increase was even more significant. Housing inventory in Indian Land also experienced an uptick, growing 12.33% month-over-month to 337 properties for sale, up from 300 in April. Compared with May 2024, inventory rose 53.18% from 220 properties. Indian Land, SC Housing Market Report For April 2025Indian Land Real Estate Market Sees Surge In Sales In April In April 2025 Indian Land sales activity increased a second consecutive month. April 2025 saw 77 homes sold, up 30.51% from March’s 59 closed sales. Compared with April 2024, sales were up 35.09%, and they also improved compared with April 2023. This marked the busiest month for Indian Land sales since June 2023. The Indian Land real estate market saw a downward shift after three months of rising new listings. The number of new listings dropped to 105, marking an 8.7% decrease from March’s 115. Compared with April 2024, listings were down 6.25%. New listings increased to 115—marking the highest monthly total since May 2022—while inventory reached a three-year high of 284 properties.  Walnut Creek Single Family Home Sales: Q1-2025Walnut Creek home sales Q1-2025 declined 33% to 20 homes compared with one year ago.   Average home sale price declined 2% from one year ago, while the median sale price declined 8%.  The average price per square foot increased 2% to $206/square foot compared with one year ago. Despite lower sales and home prices in Q1-2025, the list to sale price ratio was unchanged at 100.3%, year-over-year, providing Walnut Creek home buyers no real window of opportunity to negotiate on price.
