🏠 Fort Mill, SC Housing Market Update:July 2025 Trends & Insights 📊  Home prices in Fort Mill stayed strong in July 2025 compared with last July, with both the average and median sales prices slightly higher than one year ago. The declines in month-over month prices more likely were a result of a change in the price mix of homes sold than in any decline in Fort Mill home values. Compared with July 2024 and 2023, homes took longer to sell and there were more properties on the market, giving buyers more choices. Nonetheless, sellers received the same percentage of their asking price as they did one month ago and one year ago. New listings slowed both month-over-month and year-over-year. Total inventory remained higher than in the past two Julys. Are you curious about the latest real estat...

SOLD & CLOSED IN FORT MILL'S MASSEY NEIGHBORHOODNEW CONSTRUCTION: 5005 KETTERING AVENUE My clients, who relocated to Greater Charlotte late in 2022 and who were referred to me by their aunt, a previous client of mine, have just closed on their dream home in Fort Mill's Massey neighborhood. Final sale price was $645,783. My clients wanted a home with at least four bedrooms with one guest suite on the main floor, a home office, a large, open kitchen, high ceilings.  A new construction home was also on their wish list, as was a top school district and easy access to I-77 and Uptown Charlotte. Taylor Morrison's 1.5 story Pikewood Plan in Massey totally fit the bill, featuring 3 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms plus a study/home office on the main floor, a huge kitchen with an enormous island with a h...

Baxter Village Neighborhood in Fort Mill, SC Real Estate Report & Neighborhood Spotlight: Quarter 3 - 2023 Home Prices Increase | Days On Market Low At 15 Days Baxter Village Single Family HomesBaxter Village average home prices increased 5% in Quarter 3-2023 compared with the same quarter one year ago. Average home prices also increased from the Second Quarter 2023. Median home sale prices declined both quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year, most likely due to the price mix of homes that sold in the Third Quarter. Although the number of homes sold was double that of what we saw in the First Quarter 2023, 20 sales in a community with over 1,400 homes is a drop in the bucket. This lack of inventory accounts for both higher average sale prices and a list to sale price ratio of over 100%...
