Learning how to say YES and learning how to say NO are the only words you would need to close the deal. So let's be STUPID. Do it STUPID! You'll surely bring home the bacon!   S - SAY T - THINGS U - UPFRONT P - to PROSPECTS I - with INFORMATION D - that's DEFINITE   Consider it as the most boring yet rewarding technique in the kind of business we chose. You keep your listing as neat as possible and pray that a single prospect comes in or chew a candy that'll keep you awake through the hours of long wait. Sundays hit chances of getting buyers as buyers nowadays are more comfortable in an open-house set-up. I am still a firm believer of open-houses. So what do you do? Talk for hours explaining the beauty of the royal household. I wanna keep it simple and at the same time keep them from ru...

Promises .. promises .. Well at least we have enlisted ours before we cross the border off to 2014. Brush off! if you have that weight worry on top of your wish list. There's more than just material things. Great things 2013 has given me, THANK YOU! Deals - Big, small, sometimes a long wait . . . THANK YOU! Off to the next chapter, I have few things I wish I could've done better. Perhaps, you can include this to yours. I have 3, I trimmed it down, easy to keep! Lol!   Trainings and more trainings - Power Hours, Boot Camps are VERY HELPFUL. Know that you are a busy bee and at the end of day, do something productive - open your computer and check what has been on the past trainings. DO IT !!!! The next thing you'll know, you're half-way to becoming an expert. For someone, tech-savvy.    A...

Oopz...First things first - You need CSI. No! Not that crime thingy. I mean Credit Scores Improvement Let's keep a timeline of 6 to 12 months before the urge . It's all worth it! Really!   I feel the need to share with you tips from a Mortgage Officer and Banker I know based in Isle of Palms, SC. Great help indeed!        IMPROVING YOUR CREDIT SCORES   Make sure you get a copy of your account's report - REVIEW.   If anything needs to be paid and settled, it should be at the settlement table, DO NOT PAY ANY COLLECTION OR CHARGES - as it may drop your credit scores.   But make sure YOU PAY TAX LIENS AND JUDGEMENTS - keep receipts, paperwork, etc. to prove that it has been paid-off when officers will ask for it.   Don't have open credit cards? Get a secured one from Wells Fargo.   If you a...

For first time home-buyers, it's not a lot of process. Let me explain the Home-buying process in Charleston, South Carolina. Checklist aren't only for newbies, even pros have it with them to make sure things will fall into place for consumers.   1. Know what you want / GOAL    Make sure you understand the goal that you want to grab. Getting your future house for settlement is a lifetime investment. Financial advantages and disadvantage in an investment is a given fact. At some point even homes do not appreciate in value although this is quite rare and that depends on market dynamics. However, you'll get the benefit through tax benefits - a deduction on  both interest on home loan payments as well as the property tax fees.   2. See how much budget fits   Know first of all how much job se...

A toughie getting traffic because of changes in Craigslist. Any insights? Generating through it seem to be slow. HTML codes no longer allowed? So what symbols are being asked and can be used? When especially Craig is everybody's favorite meal a day, how do you keep up? From the recent webinar, I've noted this down. But can anybody simplify?

You are thinking it, but that is P.S. as in Post Script. Do you know 90% of people read the P.S. first? Let’s break that into two parts: why and what does it mean? The Why Pretty simple, it stands apart from the body of your marketing letter making it easy to read.  Plus, the P.S. is a succinct statement that usually carries weight in letter writing.  The average person has been trained through years and years of reading letters that something important in the P.S., so the average person jumps to the P.S. to read that vital piece of information. The What Does it Mean That means place your most important idea in the P.S.  Ideally, include a call to action in your P.S.  If the P.S. peaks the reader’s interest, then your marketing letter is much more likely to be read. Note sure what shoul...

Fun Fact: When the English settlers first caught sight of the 'jumping animal' in Australia, they asked the Aboriginals the name of such animal to which they responded 'Kan Ghu Ru' that we now know as 'Kangaroo.' In actuality, what the aboriginal people were trying to say was 'We don't understand you.'   Re-Posted

Super typhoon that struck Philippines has gone global, by just watching CNN and BBC World, I cannot write and express in words how many Foreign Nationals are reaching out to help. Overwhelming! The damage is hideous right after they've been struck by an earthquake a month ago. As U.S. lead and other countries aid, their country is thankful. It's worst! I feel sorry but I hope 1 prayer joined with others will get them up. This country survived not one, but countless tragedies. God Bless the Philippines! Our hearts go out to everyone. Rise ! ! !

I love the Christmas Holidays, but am definitely a Scrooge when it comes to shopping and commercialism.  I'm going to make an exception this year, though, and attend the Wonderworks Elfstravaganza! this weekend in West Ashley, with my three year old grand daughter.  I mean, after all, WHO could resist having their picture taken with the REAL Sir Topham Hatt, meeting Elfie, the Head Elf on the Shelf, and decorating my very own Holiday Cookie!  Not me!  So, I'll see you there on Saturday!

Don't quit just right before you start generating, THINK BIG. As competitors are most likely lax, then take it as a favor in whatever way you seem comfy to market and profit - blogging daily for month (whattt???), yes the real deal is patience. Taking consistency in your lead generating system while growing small marketing strategies - is an asset-building technique to hit the numbers.  One thing I believe, social media isn't building your business but the idea you transmit through it that lead leads to your doorstep. As soon as someone comes knocking, don't waste time, don't be lazy, don't make them wait, SELL IT !
