INTRACOASTAL WATERWAY DEEP WATER PROPERTY Here is a perfect opportunity to own property on deep water on the Intracoastal Waterway! The Atlantic ICW extends from Key West, Florida to Maine, and is navigable for approximately 1200 miles. This portion of the ICW is protected by barrier islands and is a natural river channel traversed by many boaters of leisure and commerce. Many boaters spend their winters in the south and return to their northerly locations in the warmer seasons. Likewise, many are migrating from the south to our area because they are tired of the hurricane season and high insurance rates. Many are now finding Beaufort, Port Royal and St. Helena Island, South Carolina the perfect location to drop anchor and spend the rest of their lives. This place is a boater's paradise...
