Real Estate in January 2016 RI Weather  The lack of snow has made a huge difference in being able to show homes for sale and do Open Houses in Rhode Island real estate this January 2016.  It is like no other winter when it comes to the weather.  However, the home inventory is not increasing rapidly at all and the move in ready homes (which home buyers desire) are just not there in the price ranges under $300,000.   When I speak with potential sellers they all refer to and remember the 'Great Winter in RI of 2015'.  They say they do not want their home on the market now because the weather will change, blast home buyers away and then their home will be languishing on the market ( we have read that is 'bad' say sellers).  Well I can agree with most of those statements but if you are ready... 01/09/2016
