Is it better to buy or sell first? First, evaluate the state of the market. Is it a buyer’s market? If so, you may have more difficulty selling your house at the price you want and within the desired time frame. I recently posted a story called Oh Canada!...Canadians are buying Real Estate For Sale In South Florida . Within 48 hours we received some great feedback. One thing that is really amazing was that I was contacted by Global Television ...which is part of the Canada.com network.   With such an inflated amount of Real Estate for sale in South Florida...."it is an excellent time buy a home." Prices have come down quite a bit over the last 2 years and inventory levels have reached all time highs. But there was one thing we discovered.
