Speechless Sunday :Fun in the sun at Hampton Greens Bucks County Pa  a very desirable Condo development. I was taking pictures of my new listing 92 Basswood drive .The pool was so beautiful and a great feature of the development of course I need to take pictures..I was immediately invited in asked if I was thinking of buying everyone was so friendly . They were 2 bedroom units on first floor and had two full baths. One sold for $170,000 and the other unit which was larger sold for $192,000 based on information in mls.
