Wallingford Swarthmore School District - 2012 Year End Summary Well, with another year "in the books", I thought it was worth going back to look and see how buyers and sellers in the Wallingford-Swarthmore School District faired in 2012.  Here are all the communities that have addresses within the School District. As you can see, for various reasons, the communities that makes up the WSSD do not seem to experience short sales and foreclosure as much as some other areas of the greater Philadelphia area.
