Well the real estate industry has just been given the Yellow Light here in Delaware County and all of the counties in Pennsylvania to start working again!! Hooray!We work mostly in Delaware County, which is next to Philadelphia County which has been one of the counties harder hit by Covid-19. Real Estate was considered non-essential back in March, but is now given the go ahead to proceed. At 3 pm yesterday Governor Wolf signed the paper that now allows Realtors® to go back to work with restrictions in place. We will gladly do the necessary things like wearing protective gear and wiping down surfaces with disinfectants, as well as doing as many things via the internet to enable us to help Sellers and Buyers do what they need to do, which also helps us make a living. We know this is the f... 05/20/2020
