This is a great flyer we used in our prospecting this year in our farming areas.  We also used it as a hand out during our pumpkin decorating contest this year.  We delivered 400 pumpkins to local homes, and 130 families participated in our contest.  Winners won a gift card to Toys R Us! 10/28/2007

 A past client called one day and asked if I would help find a fix-er-upper for he and his dad to "Flip".   They were happy with our past service, and wanted to use my Team and I once again.  I set up the automatic email to send them homes in their price range.After about a year, we found one interesting property.  While I was showing it, I asked... I am suprised to see that many potential buyers do not know that a Realtor is free! A trainer of mine in the past would say, ask why you, Mr. Seller, Think your home did not sell.  Then you SHUT UP!!!  and let them talk.  Here are some of the things I hear most often.....The agents did not work the listing once the sign went up in the yard. The agent promises to do open houses and they find that they do not hold as many open houses as promise. There is no communication between seller and agent on a regular basis.
