Basically a dead heat to 2008 showing once again what the experts are saying and that is that we have hit the bottom of this market and it is now at a stabilizing period. Some older homes are going for a little less while some newer homes are going for a little more but they are all staying True to Value for our present day market! Here we go: 2008 - 29 Properties had sold, O of which were Lakefronts. Average List Price was $188,234. Average Sold Price was $172,212, 90% of asking price ~ A Very Healthy Ratio!
