Many years ago I read a Science fiction book I think it was by Issac Asimov but I do not know which book it was. It made quite an impression on me. People walked about and sang jingles you know commercials like Your Darn Tutting I like Fig Newtons or Sugar Sugar Cocoa Pops!  Then again they were not really people they were robots. That was all that was left as it was the end of the world and all that was left were the machines that people had created. Philadelphia Pa is in turmoil right now. One of its major Highways is closed down due to a fire that caused a collapse of the road while cars were driving on it. I95 connects to many other major highways and is used by many people to get to work every day. This will cause all other roads to have major traffic jams and confusion. It will also take many many months to repair. What is my favorite spring flower? It is very hard to choose they are all so beautiful I love them all. Debe Maxwell, CRS  challenged us to write about it. April and May have been very dry months for us in the Philadelphia area. It was more like June and July as far as temperatures go. I hope that doesn't mean we are going to have a rainy Summer. Who knows the weather has been so unpredictable.  Not many of my indoor plants survived the winter except my orchids which have not bloomed yet. I am sure they will soon as they look very healthy. My Ponytail Palm is now sitting outside and is extremely hardy healthy and happy.    My Petunias are one of my very favorites as they are hardy in our climate but also need a great deal of water.  Let's Talk About Delaire Landing a Gated Riverfront Community. This area seems to be selling very quickly. Price it right and it will sell. Now location and condition are all part of the pricing. The fact that it is gated with security 24/7  of course makes this community very desirable.   There have been many social events in the last month. The other day I received a phone call from a client that I sold one of my first houses over thirty-eight years ago. I noticed I had not contacted him when I changed offices three years ago.  So I sent him an email. He was so excited to hear from me. He was thinking of downsizing. Purchasing my first home was easy my friend was moving to LA California I loved her house and my husband Joe and I decided to purchase it. He worked at a law firm. I attended a Zoom meeting on ChatGPT presented by my local Bucks County Board of Realtors.  Wow, it was really fascinating. Chat-GPT is an artificial intelligence that has been up and running since November and in the works for much longer.  Chat-GPT's input is only up to date until 2021, The free version is 3.5 and can be found at open AI.com if you want to try it and learn to use it. It would be a great idea as it is going to be the wave of the future. There will be so much ChatGPT will do for us in Real Estate.
