Morton PA is one of the smallest Boroughs in PA with a great downtown area and solid housing stock. Morton PA is located in the south-eastern portion of Delaware County. It is situated just south of Baltimore Avenue and east of its intersection with Route 420 / Woodland Avenue. This allows quick access to the Blue Route just due west on Baltimore Pike and to I-95 directly to the south off Route 420. The SEPTA R3 Media/Elwyn Line also has a station in the center of the Borough providing direct access to Media and downtown Philadelphia.
